  • Review of  Bi-lingual Health Advocacy and Interpreting Services in Newham
  • Review of Communication Support Services in the NHS for the Department of Health
  • Continuing Care Panel training programme in North West London
  • Focus Groups for the DSE on the latest government initiative on Patient Choice
  • Stakeholder simulation for 150 people in Westminster to test the new and proposed patient and public involvement structures
  • A review of the first London NHS ‘PALS’ Pathfinder sites and learning sets for senior managers in the 21 NHS Pilot Trust sites
  • Diversity and ethnicity monitoring development work for Primary Care Trusts.
  • Advocacy mapping and standards work which stimulated the King’s Fund to invest £1 million of development monies
