Silkap was formed in 1994. Since then we have amassed a wealth of consultancy experience, completing over 150 projects and assignments with a vast range of clients, including both small and large organizations and service providers such as Amnesty International, the King's Fund, Local Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, The Local Government Association, The London Health Commission and Department of Health, as well as undertaking collaborative work with Universities and various consortia.
