About the consultants>>
Silkap was formed in 1994 by Rukshana Kapasi
and Mike Silvera, the Directors. Since then we have amassed a
wealth of consultancy experience, completing over 150 projects and
assignments with a vast range of clients, including both small and
large organizations and service providers such as Amnesty
International, the King’s Fund, Local Authorities, Primary Care
Trusts Local Government Association, NHS Executive and Department
of Health, as well as undertaking collaborative work with
Universities and various consortia.

Our Approach
Our
methodology is based the model of ‘simultaneous integrated
action research’. The aim of this approach is to:
